The Advanced Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Supervision (awarded by City & Guilds UK) is for candidates who wish to gain experience in the cafe, restaurant and/or bar industry, and extend their knowledge of planning and monitoring of operations and staff within the food & beverage environment.

Candidates are required to demonstrate their supervisory skills, both knowledge-based and practically, in order to fulfill the requirements of assessments.

This certification is recognised by 95% of universities in the United Kingdom, thus providing candidates with an opportunity to pursue their Degree in Hospitality Management in the United Kingdom.
